The mission of the District 23 PTA speaks to representing our members, to empowering and supporting them with skills in advocacy, leadership, and communication so they may positively impact the lives of all children. District 23's vision for PTA is centered on the theme of diversity: a vision of increased membership, a membership that closes the gap between all people Interested in improving the lives of children; and a vision which expands members' knowledge and skills in leadership, parent involvement, and advocacy.
